I recognize that not all people are able to visit me at the office. To help my clients who are unable to travel, I bring my services to their home, seniors' centre or hospital.
Somatic Re-Education Therapy
The exercise/fitness aspect of my therapy is somatic re-education, a very gentle form of movement therapy that re-creates normal joint range-of-motion, deep breathing, etc. I am not associated at all with the typical fitness mindset, weight training, gyms, etc.
